This olive oil consists of ancient native cultivars including Carboncella and Sargano, Ascolana, Piantone, Frantoio and Maraiolo.

This is hands down one of the best EVOOs I’ve ever had! It has such a bold, fresh flavor and a peppery bite, you can literally taste how high quality it is! My favorite way to eat it is drizzled on top of salads or as a dipping sauce for fresh bread. It is so good that I actually prefer to use it by itself so the flavor can really shine. I will 100% be repurchasing & gifting to friends!!

this olive oil is incredibly flavorful and has become a staple in my kitchen! You can really taste the difference in quality it’s so fresh. I love drizzling it over my meals for a boost of flavor and extra nutrients and it’s delicious in sauces like homemade tzatziki

Mayer Nutrition Extra Virgin Olive Oil has leveled up my salad game. I've been using quality organic olive oils on salads for a many years. I love olive oil. The good ones all seem pretty much the same to me, so I had no brand loyalty. Not anymore. Mayer Nutrition's just tastes better. Cleaner. Definitely will be ordering more.

Really enjoyed using this product and the versatility it has in the kitchen. My cuisine and gut biome have noticeably benefited from adding this into my diet. I cannot imagine a future without this is my life! Highly recommend. My favorite is adding it with sourdough. Mmmmm!
