Shipping Costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received:

We may request photos and/or additional details to assist with a resolution.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure product quality, safety, and hygiene for all customers.

All sales are final once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

We cannot accept returned supplements, even if unopened, due to health and safety regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
